MBG Office Systems is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We know this is an extremely rapid changing situation and our priority is to protect the health and safety of employees and customers. We are monitoring and following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines and recommendations.

Help Desk for Service and IT

We are committed to providing you the highest level of service possible. We are utilizing remote service whenever possible, but we can provide onsite repair if it is absolutely necessary at this time. In a great deal of cases we are able to resolve the problem with your device by using a web interface and phone call.

Service Technicians

Our technicians have been instructed appropriately on the COVID-19 precautions to use in the field in order to help reduce the spread of the virus. Devices will be wiped with disinfectant upon arrival and completion of a service call. We will work with you and try to adopt any additional safety measure you feel prudent in keeping your office healthy.
